FAQ

Questions teams often ask before starting

Do programs require any equipment?

No special equipment is needed. A chair, a small open space and comfortable clothing are enough for most sessions.

Can sessions run fully online?

Yes, we run online cohorts over your preferred video tool. Recordings can be shared internally for later use.

What about hybrid teams?

Most of our partners are hybrid. We design sessions so that both office and remote colleagues can join from one shared link.

Is there a minimum group size?

We work with teams from five to roughly one hundred participants. Larger groups are split into smaller cohorts.
