Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how cancellations, changes and refunds work for the workplace wellness plans offered by Fitnesselbow. Our goal is to be fair, transparent and flexible, while still respecting the time of facilitators who reserve calendar slots for your team.

1. Scope

This policy applies to plans listed on the Plans & Prices page and to any tailored agreement we sign with you in writing. Where a signed agreement contains specific refund terms, those terms take precedence over the general principles below.

2. Monthly subscriptions

Monthly plans run for one calendar month at a time and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel with thirty days notice by writing to our message handle welcome@fitnesselbow.world. After cancellation, services continue until the end of the notice period and no further charges are issued.

3. Prepaid quarters

If you choose to prepay a full quarter in advance, you may cancel at any time during the quarter. Unused full calendar months from the next quarter onwards are refunded on a pro-rata basis. Sessions already delivered are not refundable.

4. Individual session changes

Single sessions can be rescheduled at no cost when we receive your request at least forty-eight hours in advance. Sessions cancelled with less than forty-eight hours notice may be counted as delivered to protect the facilitator's blocked slot, although we try to find a fair compromise whenever possible.

5. Service issues

If you believe that a session or program was not delivered to a reasonable standard, please tell us within fourteen days. We will discuss the issue with you, propose a remedy — such as a replacement session, a partial credit or an adjustment — and document the outcome in writing.

6. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are paid using the same payment method that was used for the original invoice. Refunds are processed within fourteen business days of approval. Bank processing times may add a few additional working days before the funds appear on your account.

7. Taxes

All prices are shown in Swedish kronor (SEK) and exclude VAT unless explicitly stated. Refunds are calculated on the net amount, with any VAT adjusted accordingly on the corresponding credit note.

8. Force majeure

If circumstances beyond reasonable control — such as severe weather, public health measures or major infrastructure outages — prevent a session, we will reschedule it free of charge whenever possible. Refunds are considered only if rescheduling is not feasible within a reasonable timeframe.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy to reflect changes in our offer or in applicable law. Material changes will be communicated to active clients in writing and shown on this page with a new update date at the top.
